Job Location: Rome Main Responsibilities Strategic Account Planning & Solution Advocacy: Translate customer strategic needs and business requirements into concrete sales and account development plans. Act as the lead solution advocate, conveying the value proposition of our solutions to directly influence key customer decision-makers. Customer and Partnership Management: Cultivate and enhance deep, long-term customer relationships, proactively managing expectations to maximize satisfaction and partnership quality. Lead daily project operations, including managing competition, identifying project risks, and ensuring timely achievement of overall project goals. Commercial Negotiation and Profitability: Own or co-lead complex commercial negotiations, defining business models and contractual clauses to ensure high-quality transaction execution. Resolve project risks and optimize deal structure to improve long-term, sustainable project profitability. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Sales role Strong technical expertise in Solar Power Industry domain and products, such as: inverters, BESS, transformation cabins, solar trackers, PV panels, etc. Experience in establishing and maintaining long lasting commercial relationship by becoming the first point of contact with Key Global Customers Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
