#Octorate is a tech company operating in the hospitality industry and part of the Dylog-Buffetti Group. We develop a cloud-based, all-in-one platform that helps hotels, B&Bs, and property managers simplify daily operations. With an international client base, we are dedicated to helping our partners grow and succeed through technology.

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Rome. Churn Prevention: Proactively monitor account health and usage metrics to anticipate risks and ensure high renewal rates.
Identify opportunities to grow the account value by proposing upgrades or additional features that match the client's needs.
Fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish (C1 minimum – written and spoken) is mandatory.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager.
Strong background in SaaS or the Hospitality Industry (Hotels/OTAs/Travel Tech).
