OverviewThe Win Back Manager is primarily responsible for strategically re-engaging and rebuilding relationships with blue-chip clients who have previously engaged with our products and services or only previously partnered with our competition. Reporting to our Commercial Lead ITA also based in Milan, the Win Back Manager will play a key role in establishing lasting partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of blue-chip clients' needs, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing their specific pain points.You willProactively reach out to key decision-makers and influencers within blue-chip client organizations to understand their reasons for disengagement or choosing competitionDevelop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfactionConduct regular check-ins to assess client needs and provide tailored solutionsPrepare materials to showcase our capabilities, including reports and analyses to be shared with prospect clients / shadow-servicingHelp identify the most relevant client targets using business intelligence analysesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and the commercial lead to customize products and services to meet the specific requirements of blue-chip clientsIdentify opportunities to establish long-term partnerships with blue-chip clients, focusing on mutual growth and successNegotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring they align with both parties' strategic objectivesWork closely with Sales, Marketing, the commercial lead and Product teams to align strategies and address the unique needs of blue-chip clientsCollaborate with the Customer Support team to ensure a seamless client experience and timely issue resolutionIdentify and showcase success stories of re-engaging and rebuilding relationships with blue-chip clientsEncourage blue-chip clients to participate in testimonials, case studies, and other advocacy initiativesYou haveBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role with a focus on blue-chip clientsIdeally already working on continuative research (RMS or CPS or brand tracking) for international clientsProven track record of successfully re-engaging and building strong relationships with high-profile clientsExceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trendsAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentThis position can be based in any of our "main" YouGov Shopper Intelligence office locations including : Milano, Nuremberg, Breda, Leuven, Warsaw, Copenhagen, Vienna, Prague, Bucharest, Sofia etc#J-18808-Ljbffr
