This team is a daily point of reference for all operational activities related to order management, customer master data, and post-sales service, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the efficiency of company processes.This is an operational and dynamic role that requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.You will work closely with Sales, Credit, Supply Chain, and Marketing departments to ensure smooth operations and deliver an excellent Customer Experience.In practice, you will have the opportunity to learn, in a dynamic and multinational environment, how to provide assistance to customers and the sales network. Under the supervision of a tutor, you will gain insight into how the entire order cycle is managed within a leading company in the medical device market—from customer coding requests to order entry and monitoring, through to post-sales support.ResponsibilitiesMain responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide daily support to customers and Sales Teams via email, phone, and company platforms (SalesForce.com, MS Teams).Enter and monitor orders in the ERP system (Dynamics AX), ensuring compliance with internal procedures.Assist customers and Sales Teams to ensure order processing in line with back-office procedures and processes.Manage, monitor, and verify order and shipment status using company tools (Dynamics AX, Movex, courier websites, Webshop, etc.) and in collaboration with Supply Chain, aiming to improve customer satisfaction.Handle requests from customers or Sales Teams regarding product availability, pricing, promotions, order status, invoicing, etc.Manage interactions with customers and the sales network through case management in SalesForce.com.RequirementsStrong listening skills and problem-solving orientation.Flexibility and ability to adapt to teamwork in dynamic environments.We offer a fixed-term contract, health insurance, accident coverage, and meal vouchers.Work location: RomePlease remove from your CV any information regarding gender, marital status, caregiving responsibilities, or any other details that are not relevant to the selection process.DentsplySirona is an Equal Opportunity/ affirming Action employer.
