As Acquera Yachting continues to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as aYacht Operations Agentfor our office in Genova, Italy.Role As a Yacht Operations Agent, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing various aspects of yacht operations, smooth operations and satisfaction for both crew and guests. This role involves managing clearance activities to ensure compliance with maritime regulations, logistics, scheduling maintenance and repairs, handling guest services and coordinating with suppliers.ResponsibilitiesActing as the primary point of contact for captains and crew membersEnsuring a smooth yacht operations process by fully understanding clients' needsPlanning and selling bespoke events and services that meet clients' specific preferencesUtilizing promotional techniques and materials effectivelyOverseeing the logistical aspects of yacht operations, including provisioning and crew servicesCollaborating with local service providers to secure necessary resourcesMaintaining relationships with local suppliers to guarantee the highest quality of services and productsRequirements1+ years yachting experience, ideally in a maritime agencyExcellent knowledge of the English language;Good knowledge of the region and surroundings, and of the relative artistic-cultural events;Strong problem-solving skillsDriver's licenseStrong time flexibilityLocation GenovaIf you are passionate about the luxury yacht industry and have a proven track record in operations, we invite you to apply Contract and remunerations will be determined according to the profile.#J-18808-Ljbffr
