For our project at the University of Naples Federico II’s Apple Developer Academy, imaginary institute is looking for highly motivated and diverse talent to join the team.Candidates are required to work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and flexible environment and collaborate within our international and trans-disciplinary team that creates and facilitates the learning experience at the University of Naples Federico II’s Apple Developer Academy and associated Apple Foundation Programs based on the Challenge Based Learning framework. For more information about the Academy, visit .The position requires general experience in mobile app development for iOS, visionOS, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS, or MacOS, and knowledge of the Apple technology ecosystem. The candidate is expected to learn about new topics, support students in their development projects, and work alongside experienced Mentors to support and mentor students in their learning and facilitate the overall learning experience.Responsibilities: Providing hands-on design support for students in their development projectsSupporting experienced team members in the labs on operational tasksProviding mentorship to individuals or groups of studentsProviding constructive feedback on student artifacts and deliverablesWriting technical/design documentation for app development topicsExecuting daily operational tasks as requiredSharing personal experience and expertise with othersWorking independently with clearly defined deliverablesCollaborating cross-functionally with other team membersGaining hands-on experience in user interface and user experience design for mobile appsApplying knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines and best practices for mobile app designGaining experience in visual or interaction design within the Apple ecosystemUnderstanding UI/UX theories, design principles (typography, colors, iconography, etc.)Applying user-centered design principles, creating user stories, prototypes, wireframes, etc.Having basic knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit for UI developmentCollaborating with programmers using distributed repositories (e.g., Git)Having experience with Challenge Based Learning or similar frameworksCollaborating with diverse groups of people professionally or personallyWorking effectively in a dynamic environment as a team playerDemonstrating excellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in English (C1 or C2)Previous experience as a student at the Apple Developer Academy is a plusExperience in editorial writing of technical/design content is a plusAdditional Information: The role is a temporary, full-time position to be filled as soon as possible.
