Main Respondabilities:
- Carrying out inspection tours of the facility and common areas- Daily accounting closure- Chech in / chek out operations- Preparatory activities to support colleagues on the morning shift- Managing the schedules of any customer wake-up calls- Dealing with night-time room service requests- Answering and handling customer requests
Requirements
- At least 2 years in the same position- Proficient in hotel management software (OPERA CLOUD) and Excel- Team player- Eye for details- Customer service orientation- Passion for service, courtesy and discretion- Well groomed and good communication skills- Excellent knowledge of English- Respect for nature and for values that the earth represent- Own car- EU PassportRole: Night AuditorJob Type: Seasonal , Full TimeLocation: Volterra,
