The Operational Risk Manager works closely with the Head of Risk and key stakeholders to track risk exposures, improve risk management frameworks, and support governance structures.What You’ll Be DoingWorking with the first line of defence (1LoD) to identify, assess, document, and review risks of all typesProviding oversight in the design, implementation, and effectiveness testing of controlsDeveloping and implementing risk policies, risk procedures, KRIs, and risk appetite statementsMonitoring risks against limits and thresholds, producing reports for management and stakeholdersCo‑ordinating risk incident management, including registration of risk events, investigation, root‑cause analysis, and reportingParticipating in local new initiatives approval processes, ensuring stakeholder engagement and governanceFacilitating risk awareness and culture among team membersSupporting audits and regulatory inquiries related to operational riskWhat You’ll Need4+ years of experience in risk management or a related role within financial servicesBachelor’s degreeFluency in English with excellent communication skillsGreat critical thinking and problem‑solving skillsSolid organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently while managing concurrent deadlines and multiple prioritiesNice to HaveProficiency with SQLUnderstanding of financial services regulationsKnowledge of fintech products, processes, and technologiesExperience in operational risk capital calculation and the ICAAP processMaster’s degreeProfessional certifications (e.g., PRMIA)Important Notice for CandidatesApply only through official Revolut channels; we do not use third‑party recruitment services.Verify all communications come from official Revolut emails with an @revolut.com domain.Seniority LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionFinance and Sales#J-18808-Ljbffr
