Recordati. Unlocking the full potential of life. Job Purpose We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Material Management (MM) specialist to join our Center of Excellence. The role supports application management, operations, continuous improvement, and new implementation projects across our international footprint. The ideal candidate will contribute to the optimization of Logistics and Supply Chain processes, with a focus on master data management and production/quality process integration, intercompany flows, and integration with external partners (3PL).

Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support SAP MM processes, including material requirement planning, procurement, inventory management, intercompany processes and material master data (in both SAP S4 and SAP MDG). Design, operate and monitor integration flows (IDoc/EDI/API) toward other applications through SAP BTP Integration Suite. Organize, execute and monitor application management activities (incident, problem, change), contributing to corrective/adaptive maintenance and evolutions. Prepare training materials and conduct user enablement for subsidiaries and HQ. Participate in rollout implementations and template evolution; lead fit-gap, blueprinting, build, test (including integration/UAT), cutover, and go-live/hypercare. Work closely with Process Owners (Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance) and cross-functional IT (SD, MM, FI, EWM, PP PI, QM). Ensure adherence to pharma/GxP practices where applicable; collaborate with QA/CSV when MM processes impact regulated areas. Required Education Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field. Required Skills And Experience Minimum 4 years in SAP MM (S/4HANA preferred), with at least two full end-to-end implementations completed. Solid understanding of integration with PP PI, QM, SD, FI. Hands-on experience with integration (IDoc/EDI/API) toward external partners/3PLs/platforms for master data, orders, deliveries, billing (enterprise integration stack). Knowledge of SAP MDG for master data governance (material/customer) is highly valued. Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry processes and constraints. Exposure to one or more of the MDG, PP-PI, QM areas. Basic programming knowledge (e.g., ABAP) to support technical debugging and collaboration with development teams. Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills; comfortable leading workshops and cross-country stakeholder meetings.
