In this role you will lead European pet food product development, focusing on Hill’s Desenzano and related plants. You’ll develop and maintain formulations and specifications, collaborate with claims and clinical teams, and support supply chain and sourcing initiatives. You help ensure product efficacy and compliance while driving innovation across premium wellness portfolios. This is a cross-functional, impactful position in a global, inclusive company.

- Develop and maintain European pet food formulations and specifications
- Conduct plant tests and implement final formulations
- Identify, specify and maintain process specifications
- Develop and maintain pet food raw material specifications
- Support qualification of new raw materials or suppliers
- Execute Funding the Growth projects
- 3+ years of experience in product development - food
- Experience in pet food or baby food development (preferred)
- Bachelor in Food Technology (required)
- Strong data integrity and accuracy
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
