We are seeking a driven, outgoing, and seasoned Medical Aesthetic Clinician for our Medical Affairs team, reporting to the Head of International Medical Affairs.Position OverviewThis field‑based individual will increase awareness and education of Evolus products, respond to unsolicited training requests, develop professional relationships with thought leaders, identify research and grant opportunities, and provide timely, accurate, unbiased, fair‑and‑balanced product information. The role disseminates technical and scientific information to critical internal and external stakeholders.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDisseminate scientific information and respond to clinical questions derived from unsolicited requests from healthcare professionals.Provide HCP education on best clinical practices through education and training programs.Build relationships with thought leaders and locally influential providers.Maintain a high level of compliance with company standard operating procedures, training records and administrative documentation.Develop peer‑level relationships with medical and scientific experts; interpret and communicate relevant medical and scientific literature and present complex ideas fluently to internal and external audiences.Work cross‑functionally with sales teams by providing medical and scientific expertise.Contribute to the development of databases of medical and scientific information regarding products and similar/competing products.Position is remote, covering Italy.Ability to travel up to 60%.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Skills You’ll BringQualified Medical Doctor (MD) with licensure to practice in Italy.Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on clinical experience in aesthetic medicine, including injectables such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers.Superior injection skills and a solid grasp of facial anatomy.Experience working with HCPs dedicated to aesthetics.Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.A results‑driven individual able to work independently.Excellent decision‑making and leadership capabilities.Adapts to change quickly and calmly.Proficient in Microsoft Office Software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.Preferred QualificationsBoard certification or additional training in aesthetic medicine is a strong plus.Compensation & Total RewardsWe offer a competitive salary complemented by a performance‑based incentive plan.
