Adecco Credit & Banking is hiring for an international banking firm, leader in global financial services. Account Manager – Fund Operations & Compliance Key responsibilities of the role: Ensure that client SLA are applied across all funds with deliverables met on a timely basis Responsible for controls of closed-end FIA funds Responsible for NAV controls Management of specific relevant payments (manual and via flow) Shares issue and cancellation (cumulative and physical) Shares certification In charge to feed and maintain KRI/KPI Statistics on volumes per client and per trades Ensuring proper formalization to the activity performed through: Knowing, respecting and updating process and operational procedures Knowing, respecting and updating SLA with clients and with Shared Centre Services Ensuring activity check list is duly signed, updated and completed Ensuring accurate archiving for the documentation used in the daily activity Ensuring activity is performed in compliance with Funds' rules and regulatory requirements Deep analysis of the Fund prospectus The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Good working knowledge of Italian FIA legislation and regulatory requirements (Bank of Italy Law, TUF, ABI circulars etc.) Knowledge of SLA (Service Level Agreement) signed with clients Understanding of fund operating documents, prospectus, pricing policy, agreement Deep knowledge of payment system and rules Knowledge of applications that support the daily activity (PMS Web, Neolink, Sicura, Midas, MTS, etc.) Additional details Fixed term contract of 12 months, CCNL Credito 3.2, based in Milan Data inizio prevista: 09/02/2026 Categoria Professionale: Banche / Assicurazioni / Istituti di Credito Città: Milano (Milano) Disponibilità oraria: Full Time I candidati, nel rispetto del D.lgs. 198/2006, D.lgs 215/2003 e D.lgs 216/2003, sono invitati a leggere l'informativa sulla privacy consultabile sotto il form di richiesta dati della pagina di candidatura (Regolamento UE n. 2016/679). #J-18808-Ljbffr
