Adecco Credit & Banking is hiring for an international banking firm, leader in global financial services.Account Manager – Fund Operations & ComplianceKey responsibilities of the role:Ensure that client SLA are applied across all funds with deliverables met on a timely basisResponsible for controls of closed-end FIA fundsResponsible for NAV controlsManagement of specific relevant payments (manual and via flow)Shares issue and cancellation (cumulative and physical)Shares certificationIn charge to feed and maintainKRI/KPIStatistics on volumes per client and per tradesEnsuring proper formalization to the activity performed through:Knowing, respecting and updating process and operational proceduresKnowing, respecting and updating SLA with clients and with Shared Centre ServicesEnsuring activity check list is duly signed, updated and completedEnsuring accurate archiving for the documentation used in the daily activityEnsuring activity is performed in compliance with Funds' rules and regulatory requirementsDeep analysis of the Fund prospectusThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Good working knowledge of Italian FIA legislation and regulatory requirements (Bank of Italy Law, TUF, ABI circulars etc.)Knowledge of SLA (Service Level Agreement) signed with clientsUnderstanding of fund operating documents, prospectus, pricing policy, agreementDeep knowledge of payment system and rulesKnowledge of applications that support the daily activity (PMS Web, Neolink, Sicura, Midas, MTS, etc.)Additional detailsFixed term contract of 12 months, CCNL Credito 3.2, based in MilanData inizio prevista: 09/02/2026Categoria Professionale: Banche / Assicurazioni / Istituti di CreditoCittà: Milano (Milano)Disponibilità oraria:Full TimeI candidati, nel rispetto del D.lgs.********, D.lgs ******** e D.lgs ********, sono invitati a leggere l'informativa sulla privacy consultabile sotto il form di richiesta dati della pagina di candidatura (Regolamento UE n. ********).#J-*****-Ljbffr
