For our offices in Milan, we are looking for a dedicated Tendering and acquisition specialist to join our New Initiatives Unit (Acquisition and Tender Department). He/She will be involved in numerous activities relating to the design-execution process for projects both in Italy and abroad. Key Responsibilities Produce pitch presentations Assist in preparing technical proposals and responding to calls/tenders Liaise with communication department, project teams, and contribute proactively to the development of new business opportunities Update and manage the internal acquisition and bid database Education BSc. or MSc. degree in Architecture or Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering (or equivalent). Experience 1 to 3 years work experience in the industry. Skills Good knowledge of English and Italian is required; knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a plus Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team About us MIC-HUB is an international team of planners, engineers, designers and consultants, working across every aspect of mobility and transportation.
