Descrizione dell'aziendaUfficio Appalti S.r.l. è una società di consulenza specializzata in appalti pubblici, fondata grazie a oltre 35 anni di esperienza dei suoi soci fondatori nel settore dei servizi per le imprese.Collaboriamo con i nostri clienti come partner aziendali, supportandoli e semplificando il lavoro dei loro team di approvvigionamento.Descrizione del ruoloSiamo alla ricerca di N° 2 Specialisti in Appalti per unirsi al nostro team, con sede di lavoro a Pomigliano d'Arco.In questo ruolo full time e in sede, ti occuperai della gestione dei processi di gara, inclusa la preparazione e la presentazione delle documentazioni necessarie per le gare d'appalto.Sarai coinvolto nella redazione di proposte strategiche, nell'analisi dei requisiti dei bandi e nella comunicazione con fornitori e clienti per garantire la conformità ai regolamenti.Questo ruolo richiede un approccio analitico e attento ai dettagli, insieme a capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione con il team e le parti interessate.QualificheEsperienza e competenza nella gestione degli appalti pubblici, inclusa familiarità con i processi di tender management e procurement.Solide capacità analitiche per interpretare dati complessi e identificare soluzioni.Precisione nel gestire i dettagli relativi ai processi di gara.Abilità eccellenti nella comunicazione e nella scrittura di proposte per presentare soluzioni professionali e competitive.Conoscenza delle normative relative agli appalti pubblici e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente collaborativo e dinamico.La conoscenza delle piattaforme per il mercato elettronico è considerata un vantaggio.
