Job OverviewWe seek a senior leader as Head of Ad Tech Sales Italy. This role will lead a sales team specialized on Amazon Advertisings Ad Tech solutions including Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud.Key job responsibilitiesDrive revenue growth collaborating with Advertisers Agencies and PartnersDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate adoption of AdTech solutions focusing on enterprise and technology sales modelsDevelop a high-performing sales team establishing input and output metrics and mechanisms to drive desired business outcomesServe as a thought leader within Amazon Ads and build effective partnerships with key stakeholdersInfluence Product roadmap development go-to-market and services strategies to meeting customers demands and drive scaleQualificationsBA/BS degree required10 years of sales experience in digital advertising or marketing / advertising technology with demonstrated revenue growth achievementMinimum of 5 years experience managing sales teams and driving organizational performanceProven track record of building and scaling successful enterprise sales organizationsAdvanced knowledge of Marketing and Advertising Technology solutions including programmatic and measurement solutionsDemonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadershipExpert ability to analyze market opportunities assess risks and make strategic decisions that drive business growthProven success in Enterprise technology sales within the Mar Tech or Ad Tech spaceTrack record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technical productsKey SkillsBusiness DevelopmentSAASCustomer ServiceRevenue GrowthProduct KnowledgeAccount ManagementCRMPrivate equityNew CustomersPartnershipsBusiness UnitsSales GoalsSales ProcessSales OrganisationNew ClientsEmployment InformationEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience: yearsVacancy: 1Required Experience: DirectorEEO statementAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
