Join our extraordinary team today We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Material Planning and Expediting Specialist to manage and optimize the flow of materials from suppliers to production. This role involves analyzing MRP data, ensuring timely deliveries, and collaborating closely with suppliers to resolve delivery issues and implement improvement plans. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in material planning, supplier coordination, and performance tracking, with a focus on minimizing delays and controlling inventory costs. You will play a key role in maintaining production continuity and enhancing supplier performance through strategic planning and negotiation. Your Impact: Release delivery schedule/kits call in/purchase orders to suppliers based on MRP extractions. Analyse MRP extractions and checks there correctness based on master data. Expedite suppliers to obtain On Time Deliveries. Analyse how much critical are the components risking delay in delivery with production/or involved departments, when delivery delay is going to happen. Visit at supplier’s site analysing delivery problems. Propose and prepare with them the needed improvement plan. Follow up for their implementation. Define and implement, with suppliers, the supply rule based on Breganze Supply Model's Communicate and agree with suppliers in case of advance delivery the action to preserve inventory level and over costs to AGCO. Communicate and agree with suppliers in case of delay delivery causing over cost in AGCO, the related debits of costs. Measure delivery performances, prepare, send, and reports. Previous experience in manufacturing companies will be considered a plus Your Experience and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a similar position Good skill on material planning and MRP Good knowledge of Office tools Italian and fluent English language Attractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus scheme Balance of work, family and free time due to flexible working time Private health insurance with partial coverage of medical expenses Canteen with meal allowance Your Workplace: You will work in 4 days Onsite from our Breganze site and 1 day Work from home.
