Position Description - Orders processing using SAP software' - Ensuring invoices accuracy and discrepancy corrections in SAP and e-invoicing systems' - Handling of returns and complaints' - Managing customer database to ensure data accuracy and integrity' - Maintaining positive customer relations via phone' email' and chat within the Salesforce System' - Sustaining positive relations with business partners and other departments.
