Senior Director, TGO Strategy Deployment Process Lead Teva Pharmaceuticals is looking for an analytically sharp, process‑driven leader to serve as Deployment Process Lead for its Global Operations Strategy team. You will translate TGO’s ambitions into disciplined, measurable, and sustainable execution.ResponsibilitiesOrchestrate governance and rhythm for TGO strategy processes (e.g., bottom‑up planning, AOP cycle, strategy reviews, quarterly forums).Design and manage TGO’s deployment processes, including templates, tools, cadence, and mechanisms to track milestones, risks, and value realization.Coordinate cross‑functional strategic initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and other areas.Generate high‑impact, executive‑ready reports and presentations that distill complex information into clear insights.Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.Track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates and dashboards to senior leadership.Lead a team of approximately five and shape transformation programs across Teva Global Operations.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or management consulting; background in Operations preferred.MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.Strategic leadership experience with enterprise or functional strategy work in a global environment.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple functions, regions, and matrixed settings.Financial acumen: understanding of budgets, business cases, and performance data.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, executive‑level presentations.Global mindset and ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.Willingness to travel up to 25% globally.Skills & ExperienceStrategic leadership experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or management consulting; background in Operations preferred.Transformation mindset & analytical thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand and synthesize functional strategies into a cohesive narrative that aligns with broader organizational goals.Cross‑functional program coordination: Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple functions and regions.Financial & business acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and operational drivers.Global mindset: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones in a multinational organization.Communication & narrative development: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Influencing in a matrixed environment: Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to influence across functions and levels.Continuous improvement focus: Proven experience in process optimization and embedding continuous improvement practices into team operations.High energy, intellectually curious, and collaborative team player.Other skills: High energy, intellectually curious, and collaborative team player.
