Within Sonova, parent company of Audiological Care, we assure exceptional and state‑of‑the‑art audiological care for our customers, presented in a modern, attractive environment and backed by the highest technological standards in hearing aids and in‑store diagnostic and fitting equipment.As an AB employee, you will contribute to advancing biomedical technology worldwide and work on challenging projects with smart, driven, friendly people.Purpose of the JobThe Consumer Specialist is responsible for building and managing relationships and activities within the S2P population including AB CI Recipients.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesLeverage an efficient network of HA providers (WHS and RET) and HCPs to proactively fulfil consumers’ requirements and propose/organise/execute events to maximise their hearing experience and knowledge.Travelling RequirementFrequent (80% of the time – throughout the Italian country).QualificationsBasic Education: degree in Audiology, Audiometry, Speech TherapyWork Experience: 3 yearsPersonal Competencies: passion for learning and self‑improvementSocial Competencies: collaborative and proactive mindsetProfessional Competences: strong patient‑care focus, excellent attention to detail, self‑driven and outstanding self‑organisation skills, results‑orientedAdvanced Bionics is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an affirmative action/ equal opportunity employer.
