As an AB employee, you will contribute to advancing biomedical technology worldwide and work on challenging projects with smart, driven, friendly people.
Purpose of the Job
The Consumer Specialist is responsible for building and managing relationships and activities within the S2P population including AB CI Recipients.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Leverage an efficient network of HA providers (WHS and RET) and HCPs to proactively fulfil consumers’ requirements and propose/organise/execute events to maximise their hearing experience and knowledge.
Travelling Requirement
Frequent (80% of the time – throughout the Italian country).
Qualifications

Basic Education: degree in Audiology, Audiometry, Speech Therapy
Work Experience: 3 years
Personal Competencies: passion for learning and self‑improvement
Social Competencies: collaborative and proactive mindset
Professional Competences: strong patient‑care focus, excellent attention to detail, self‑driven and outstanding self‑organisation skills, results‑oriented
