Modelli di Business & Valutazione IPAnalizzare la sostenibilità economica di nuove IP e nuove run.Sviluppare business model, simulazioni CAPEX/OPEX, break-even, ROMI, payback.Supportare la Direzione nelle decisioni make-or-buy, licensing e co-produzione.Elaborare scenari multipli per diverse geografie, venue o modelli operativi.2. Analisi Economiche e ForecastingRealizzare forecast finanziari per singola IP (ticketing, costi, revenue).Costruire strumenti di monitoraggio P&L di IP, prima run e run successive.Analizzare performance reali vs previste e suggerire azioni correttive.Creare benchmark rispetto a mercato, competitor, prezzi, occupazione, venue performance.3. Supporto al Go-To-MarketCollaborare con il Marketing Director nelle analisi audience segmentation, pricing models, elasticity, media ROI e conversion.Supportare Sales Directors con analisi dati su pacing, conversion funnel, distribuzione e yield management.4. Reporting & Decision Making SupportPreparare report chiari e sintetici per la Direzione.Strutturare dashboard comparabili cross-IP (ticketing, marketing spend, ROI, occupancy).Garantire la coerenza dei dati a livello interno e con le funzioni Finance & Legal.Contribuire alla definizione e monitoraggio dei KPI di divisione.5. Supporto Strategico alla DirezioneFornire insight basati su dati per valutare partnership, venue, expansion strategy.Analizzare opportunità internazionali: costi, normative, potenziale pubblico.Assicurare supporto decisionale nelle fasi di greenlight delle IP.RequisitiSENIORITY & BACKGROUND4–7 anni nei settori: entertainment / live experiences / theatre analytics.consulting / advisory.financial planning & analysis (FP&A).strategic planning.COMPETENZE CHIAVETecniche: Finanza applicata alle produzioni live.Pricing e ticketing analytics.Modellazione finanziaria avanzata (Excel/Sheets, financial modeling tools).Market research, competitor analysis.KPI design & performance tracking.Conoscenza di base di licensing, coproduzioni, diritti.Conoscenza professionale della lingua italiana e inglese.Soft SkillsPensiero analitico e strategico.Capacitaà di sintesi e storytelling dei dati.Precisione e affidabilità.Proattivita\ue0 nel proporre soluzioni.Capacitaà di lavorare in team cross-funzionali (Creative, Marketing, Sales, HoP).Ottima gestione del tempo.#J-18808-Ljbffr
