Per una realtà italiana appartenente ad una nota multinazionale operante nel mondo industriale, siamo alla ricerca di un/una: La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno della Direzione Risorse Umane, risponderà all’HR Director e sarà responsabile della progettazione, implementazione e gestione delle strategie di formazione e sviluppo delle persone dell’azienda, con l’obiettivo di potenziare le competenze e la crescita professionale dei dipendenti. La figura lavorerà in collaborazione con il L&D Manager di gruppo, con gli HR Business Partner, i manager di linea e le società esterne. Principali responsabilità: Definire e implementare la strategia di Learning & Development in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali Analizzare i fabbisogni formativi e progettare programmi di formazione efficaci e misurabili Selezionare e gestire i fornitori esterni di formazione Promuovere una cultura dell’apprendimento continuo e dello sviluppo professionale a tutti i livelli dell’organizzazione Progettare e sviluppare percorsi di performance management, talent management e piani di successione. Progettare ed erogare workshop e percorsi di sviluppo anche in prima persona Laurea in Risorse Umane, Psicologia, Scienze della Formazione, Economia o discipline affini 8-10 anni di esperienza in ambito Learning & Development o HR, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati o multinazionali Solida esperienza nella gestione di progetti formativi complessi Eccellenti capacità di analisi dei bisogni formativi e di progettazione didattica Spiccate doti relazionali, comunicative e di leadership Autonomia operativa e attitudine al lavoro in team Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
