Job ResponsibilitiesCapture new business opportunities to drive growth. Develop new customers and improve relationships with existing customers. Align the annual sales targets with customers and monitor performance monthly. Negotiate pricing and contract terms, manage credit lines, and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable. Achieve 100% customer satisfaction across pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale service. Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow according to established KPIs. Support marketing activities and communication efforts to enhance brand image. Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies. Collaborate actively with head office teams to receive support and provide front-line feedback. Travel regularly to visit existing and potential clients in the region. RequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields. Good understanding of the distribution PV market. At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the PV or renewable energy industry. Experience working in multinational companies with a global mindset. Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets. PV technical background is a plus. Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and a team player mindset. Strong negotiation and communication skills; capable of influencing various customer levels from procurement to C-suite. A fast learner with street-smart qualities.
