Business Controller - Compressor Technique Business Area (Customer Center) Atlas Copco invites you to apply for the Business Controller role. You will play a key role in the control and guidance of Atlas Copco Italia Compressor Technique financial results, including reporting, forecasting and analysis. Location: Cinisello BalsamoReporting to: General Manager Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, ensuring strategic alignment and transparency. Develop analytical tools and risk indicators to support proactive decision‑making. Provide financial insights to optimize costs, allocate resources and support growth initiatives. Identify risks and opportunities, raising flags when needed to protect performance. Promote the use of digital tools to automate processes and enhance financial transparency. Develop BI dashboards and reports to support operational monitoring and decision‑making. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with IFRS and Group policies. Guarantee compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures. Strengthen internal controls and authorization frameworks (Prokura), ensuring audit‑readiness. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems and tools. Requirements University degree in Finance or Economics. Minimum 10 years of experience in business control, finance or administration, preferably in an international industrial environment. Strong knowledge of IFRS and local statutory regulations. Solid understanding of Italian accounting and tax compliance. Experience in audits and in internal control processes is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (SAP, Power BI or similar). Strong digital competence and familiarity with automation and reporting tools. Good command of English and Italian, both written and spoken. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and cross‑functional mindset. Proven leadership and hands‑on approach. Team‑oriented, with a focus on people development. Analytical, structured, and resilient, able to adapt to change. Innovative and solution‑oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset. High level of integrity, accuracy, and business acumen.
