Overview Join BRUM Patenti as a Business Development Representative Junior and help scale our digital licence‑taking platform. Responsibilities Support the Marketing team in managing leads: calls, WhatsApp, emails. Convert inquiries and curiosity into concrete appointments. Work closely with marketing and sales to define funnel processes. Own follow‑up: every minute lost is a lead that escapes. Handle HubSpot, help marketing set up pipelines, dashboards and automations. Write the rules of our sales machine: what you create today will become tomorrow’s standard. Qualifications Commercial attitude: you thrive on the phone and love to close. Proactivity: you ask questions and are not afraid to try. Willingness to learn and grow fast: BRUM accelerates. Organizational skill: manage many contacts and processes in construction.
