PeoItaly, per conto di un importante gruppo internazionale di cliniche, è alla ricerca di ambiziosi Sales Agent da inserire nel team commerciale in Italia. Gli Agenti di Vendita saranno il primo punto di contatto per i clienti, gestendo richieste, conducendo consulenze e finalizzando la vendita di trattamenti medici e odontoiatrici di alto valore al telefono. Questo ruolo è ideale per professionisti dinamici con una spiccata attitudine commerciale e ottime capacità comunicative.Principali ResponsabilitàGestire chiamate in entrata e in uscita con potenziali clienti.Condurre consulenze telefoniche per comprendere le esigenze dei clienti e proporre soluzioni adeguate.Accompagnare i clienti lungo il percorso di vendita, dalla richiesta iniziale alla prenotazione.Seguire gli script di vendita stabiliti, adattandoli alle singole situazioni.Raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di vendita individuali e di team.Mantenere aggiornati i dati dei clienti e tracciare le attività nel sistema CRM.Assicurare la conformità alle normative sulla pubblicità medica e alle pratiche etiche di vendita.Fornire feedback derivanti dalle interazioni con i clienti per migliorare script di vendita e campagne di marketing.RequisitiAlmeno 2 anni di esperienza in vendite telefoniche, preferibilmente in servizi medici o odontoiatrici.Madrelingua italiana con eccellenti capacità comunicative e persuasive.Esperienza in vendite B2C di alto valore.Conoscenza dei CRM (HubSpot o simili) considerata un plus.Orientamento agli obiettivi, resilienza e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente sfidante e orientato ai risultati.CompensoPacchetti retributivi competitivi.Attraenti incentivi basati sulle performance.Formazione e sviluppo professionale garantiti.#J-18808-Ljbffr
