We are seeking a talented Customer Category Manager to join our team in Italy.The resource will be acting as a key point of contact for the Sales department and Marketing.This role is pivotal in developing customer marketing plans and category strategy aligned with brand priorities and commercial objectives.Activities & ResponsibilitiesManaging assortment and promotional policies, supporting the construction of promotional plans and monitoring performance (ROI, sell-out, efficiency)Partnering with Sales teams to identify marketing opportunities within key customer accountsAnalyzing and interpreting sell-out, distribution, and promotional performance dataDefine category strategyIdentify plan strategy on white spacesDistribution strategy by products in the channelCross budget managementDriving improvements in assortment and folder shareEnsuring alignment with internal stakeholders across Marketing, and Sales functionsQualifications We need someone who is energetic, proactive, and curious, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.They must have the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally and take personal responsibility for execution and results.What you will needUniversity degree or equivalent4+ years of experience in Category, Customer Trade Marketing, or Sales within FMCGGood knowledge of GDO channels and FMCG dynamicsFluent English and excellent command of Excel and Power PointWhat We OfferA dynamic work environment within a leading company in the industryOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA collaborative team culture and the chance to make a tangible impactIf you are looking for a chance to boost your career and take on a challenging role with significant impact, apply today to join our team as our new Customer Category Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
