Who are you? You are a sharp and analytical Paid Growth Manager with experience in B2B or SaaS growth marketing. You’re passionate about data, strategy, and driving measurable results through paid media. You have a proven track record of scaling acquisition campaigns, working cross-functionally, and generating quality leads through digital channels. Who are we? MAF is a leading company in digital advertising, designing innovative solutions to address the needs of advertisers and publishers in the Performance App Marketing industry. We have been awarded 6th and 3rd globally on the Appsflyer Performance Index, and TOP10 (Italy) and TOP100 (Europe) for best growing startups by the Financial Times. What will you do? Own and scale all paid B2B acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) Develop full-funnel strategies to generate qualified marketing leads Analyze campaign data to identify insights and drive growth initiatives Launch and optimize marketing automation flows (e.g., lead scoring, NPS, email flows) Collaborate with sales to align targeting and improve lead quality Work with content and design teams on ad creatives and landing pages Continuously experiment and implement new strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention What will you need? 2+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS performance marketing or growth roles Proven success in designing and executing paid campaigns with measurable impact Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills Ability to both own the strategic direction and execute hands-on work Excellent collaboration and communication skills Experience with GA, GTM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and Meta Ads What does it mean working at MAF?
