Stiamo cercando un Demand Generation Director (Paid Media) altamente esperto per guidare e scalare la strategia globale di domanda attraverso i canali di advertising a pagamento. Questo ruolo è pensato per un leader strategico, capace di costruire sistemi di acquisizione prevedibili, misurabili e orientati al business. La posizione ha piena responsabilità sull’impatto delle iniziative paid media lungo l’intero funnel: dalla generazione della domanda fino alla conversione e al valore a lungo termine. Responsabilità Principali Definire e guidare la strategia di demand generation attraverso canali paid a livello globale Trasformare obiettivi di crescita in piani di acquisizione strutturati e scalabili Supervisionare le performance di Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video e altre piattaforme di acquisizione Gestire l’allocazione del budget con focus su ROI, CAC, LTV, pipeline e revenue impact Costruire e ottimizzare funnel di domanda basati su dati, intent e audience strategy Guidare framework di test e sperimentazione su messaggi, creatività, offerte e percorsi di conversione Collaborare con team di growth, prodotto, sales, data e analytics per massimizzare l’impatto Definire modelli di reporting, forecasting e attribuzione orientati al business Guidare e sviluppare team senior di paid media e demand generation Garantire governance, standard e processi efficienti in un contesto completamente remote Profilo Ideale Esperienza consolidata in ruoli di leadership nella demand generation o nel performance marketing Forte competenza strategica sui canali di paid media e modelli di acquisizione Approccio orientato al funnel, alla pipeline e al valore di business Capacità di gestire investimenti significativi e strategie di scala complesse Mentalità analitica, data-driven e orientata alla redditività Leadership matura e capacità di coordinare team distribuiti a livello globale Autonomia decisionale e visione di lungo periodo Cosa Offriamo Ruolo dirigenziale con forte impatto sulla crescita dell’organizzazione Contratto full-time con modalità 100% remote Elevato livello di autonomia, fiducia e responsabilità strategica Collaborazione con leadership senior e team internazionali Ambiente orientato alla performance, ai dati e al miglioramento continuo #J-18808-Ljbffr
