Description of the RoleAre you passionate about data and excited to grow in a cloud-native environment? We're looking for a Cloud Data Engineer ready to take the next step in their career. You'll join a young, dynamic, and growth-oriented team working on modern data platforms and real-world business challenges. Main ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage cloud-based data solutions, with a strong focus on Databricks and Azure environments. Build and optimize data pipelines using Apache Spark and Delta Lake within Databricks. Apply Databricks Lakehouse architecture principles, leveraging Unity Catalog for data governance and access control. Follow and promote Databricks best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, secure and efficient solutions. Essential Requirements2 years of hands-on experience in Big Data and Cloud technologies, especially with Databricks (e.g. Spark, Delta Lake, Notebooks, Workspace). Familiarity with Lakehouse architecture and Unity Catalog. Proficiency in SQL and good knowledge of relational databases. Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably Azure, but GCP and AWS also considered) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or other data-related disciplines (minimum graduation score : 100 / 110). Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Teamwork skills and problem-solving abilities in dynamic contexts. Nice to Have RequirementsFamiliarity with CI / CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Experience with orchestration tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Airflow). Basic knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming principles. Interest in Data Visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) is a plus.
