La risorsa ha il compito di supportare il Direttore HR nell’analisi e nel disegno della struttura organizzativa dell’azienda, contribuendo alla definizione e ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali, con l’obiettivo di garantire efficienza operativa, chiarezza organizzativa e coerenza rispetto agli obiettivi strategici di business. Le responsabilità saranno: Supportare il Direttore HR nella definizione e nel disegno della struttura organizzativa e delle Unità Organizzative (UO), assicurandone l’allineamento con le strategie aziendali; Analizzare e mappare i processi organizzativi delle diverse funzioni aziendali, identificando opportunità di miglioramento in termini di efficacia, efficienza e chiarezza dei ruoli; Redigere e mantenere aggiornata la documentazione organizzativa delle società del gruppo (organigramma, policy e procedure interne, job description); Curare la formalizzazione e la comunicazione interna dei cambiamenti organizzativi (ristrutturazioni, ridefinizioni ruoli, nuovi processi); Condurre benchmark, analisi di gap organizzativi e valutazioni di impatto per eventuali interventi di change management.
