OverviewJoin to apply for the Sales Manager Automation role at Linde Material Handling. As our Sales Manager, you'll drive the growth of our intralogistics automation business across EMEA, leveraging your well-established network of clients and consultants. You'll be the primary contact for key clients and spearhead the acquisition of new automation and intralogistics projects, directly contributing to our company's success.ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth in the region by proactively acquiring new customersDevelop strong relationships in the intralogistics automation market with customers, consultants and institutionsHave a depth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems, and their appropriate applications in different industries and warehouse environmentsAnalyze customer needs and create the right intralogistics automation solutions tailored to customer needsConsult customers with the optimal solution based on throughput, space, and budgetLead the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, adding value to build trust and secure project winsCoordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) and external partners to ensure optimal solution delivery and seamless project executionRegularly report on sales activities and pipeline, and monitor KPIs to achieve order intake targetsStay informed about industry trends, monitor customer satisfaction, and participate in relevant industry events to network and promote our solutionsQualifications / Responsabilità e requisitiCompleted studies in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering (with a technical focus), or a comparable qualification (or technical training with business administration certification)Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or solution selling, preferably in the intralogistics automation industryStrong network of contacts in the intralogistics automation market, including customers, consultants, and institutionsIn-depth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems, and their appropriate applications in different industries and warehouse environmentsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend optimal solutionsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey the value proposition of our solutionsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to travel within the regionFluency in English; German is a plusOur OfferAs an employer, in addition to excellent social benefits and attractive salary structures, we offer a position with great scope for developing your own ideas, a challenging, interdisciplinary area of responsibility, and comprehensive support within an international, collegial team.DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Machinery ManufacturingGet notified about new Sales Manager jobs in Vicenza, Veneto, Italy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
