Data Solution Consultant

This role welcomes a hybrid work arrangement, applicants must be based in Italy and have a work permit to be considered.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Data Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the trusted data partner for one of Launchmetrics key strategic customers, championing the integrity, accuracy, alignment, and impact of the data and the insights delivered through our software platform and reports. You will work directly with the client to understand their data needs, clarify methodologies, and ensure that datasets and KPIs support confident and informed decision-making.You will act as the primary point of contact between the client and our internal teams (Brand Insights, Data Ops, Product teams), ensuring that data capture, transformations, and reporting logic are correctly implemented and aligned with agreed expectations. By combining strong analytical skills with a client‑centric mindset, you will translate business questions into robust data solutions.You will also contribute to a strategic initiative aimed at enabling client self‑service analytics, by integrating validated and Arguments into Power BI dashboards, allowing thešč the client to independently explore and consume insights.Responsibilities include:Ensure data accuracy and consistency:Own the validation of data delivered to clients through reports and productsPerform in‑depth data analysis to assess the reliability of datasets and KPIsserais rouge.Define, track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to the quality of our data and platformsPartner closely with internal teams:Act as the main interface for the Brand Insights team, Data Ops team and Product team on this enterprise projectSupport internal teams in validating data capture, sources, and transformationsEnsure alignment between client expectations, data availability, and reporting outputsBe the external and internal referent for the configuration and personalization of our enterprise client’s platformsDeliver BI and self‑service analytics solutions:YOUR PROFILEExperience:ุ้นบาท>ככProven track record in data analytics and BI - Minimum 1 year full‑time job or two 6‑month internships experienceFamiliarity with Media Monitoring / Social Media MonitoringFamiliarity with working with luxury or enterprise clientsTechnical Skills:Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and analyze data to inform strategic decisionsProficiency in Excel is required (VBA proficiency is a strong plus)Knowledge of SQL databases and BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau or MetabaseProject management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliverablesFamiliarity with tools like Jira or other project management softwareCommunication Skills:Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal teamsEffective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders, from C‑suite executives to technical expertsProblem solver:)(-->Native or fluent Italian, proficient in English.
