RolePhilogen S.p.A. is hiring an Administrative Manager to oversee end-to-end accounting and reporting activities for a subsidiary within a listed group. In this role, you will be part of the Administration & Finance function and partner closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure accurate transactions, strong controls, and timely month-end and year-end close.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day-to-day general ledger activities, ensuring completeness and accuracy of postings.Record, review, and reconcile accounting and financial transactions.Support statutory financial statements preparation and periodic reporting (monthly/quarterly/yearly).Contribute to efficient and predictable closing processes, including documentation and internal controls.Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and other group functions when needed.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data quality through digital tools and best practices.RequirementsHigh school diploma or university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.Proven experience in accounting, ideally within structured organizations, corporate groups, or regulated environments.Strong command of Italian and English; German is a plus.Confident user of common IT tools (Excel/ERP/accounting software); comfort with process-driven environments is valued.Detail-oriented, reliable, and collaborative, with the ability to prioritize during closing cycles.We OfferA role and compensation package aligned with the selected candidate’s experience and seniority.Job LocationSiena/Milano, ItalyWe invite interested candidates to submit their applications expressly authorizing the processing of personal data in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003.
