Il nostro cliente è una realtà di leader del settore dell’aftermarket automotive. Per la sede di Segrate, stiamo cercando la figura di IT SPECIALIST La risorsa ideale sarà inserita in un team innovativo e dinamico, dove ricoprirà un ruolo duplice : da un lato fornirà supporto sistemistico alle infrastrutture IT aziendali, dall’altro collaborerà attivamente allo sviluppo di progetti web strategici e innovativi. Principali responsabilità Fornire supporto tecnico di 1° livello agli utenti interni su hardware, software (inclusa la suite Google Workspace) e connettività di rete. Gestire l'installazione, la configurazione e la manutenzione delle postazioni di lavoro (PC, stampanti, periferiche). Collaborare attivamente con il Technical Project Manager nella gestione dei progetti digitali, fungendo da supporto tecnico-operativo. Partecipare alle attività di test e validazione tecnica delle nuove funzionalità sviluppate dalle agenzie esterne. Effettuare interventi di manutenzione base e configurazione sulle nostre piattaforme basate su stack LAMP (Wordpress, Laravel). Contribuire a mantenere e aggiornare la documentazione tecnica interna (procedure, guide, knowledge base). Requisiti richiesti Buona conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Windows e dell'amministrazione di base della suite Google Workspace. Conoscenza di base dei protocolli di rete (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP) e dei principi di sicurezza informatica. Familiarità con lo stack LAMP (PHP, MySQL) e con CMS come Wordpress; la conoscenza del framework Laravel costituisce un plus. Altre informazioni Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato.
