We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our client's growing team within the space industry. You will play a key role in the design, analysis, verification and delivery of flight-qualified mechanical and thermal hardware for satellite payloads. Key Responsibilities Mechanical design and analysis of spaceborne radar structures and subsystems Perform structural analyses Perform thermal and thermo-mechanical analyses for space environments Develop mechanical and thermal system architectures for payloads and sub-systems Produce detailed CAD models and engineering drawings Design and support mechanical and thermal test campaigns Support integration, verification and qualification of flight hardware Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of mechanical and thermal engineering principles Strong experience with CAD and CAE tools, including: SolidWorks CREO FEA tools (ANSYS, Nastran, Femap or similar) Experience producing manufacturing drawings and technical documentation Good written and spoken English Strong communication and teamwork skills Apply today for more information Mechanical Design Engineer • Milan, Lombardy, ITALY #J-18808-Ljbffr
