By joining us, you’ll play a part in creating the next generation of digital payments in an innovative, supportive, and international environment.Why This Role Is Right for YouAs aHead of Identity Management Platforms , you will be part of the "Identity & Privileged Access Management" Organizational Unit, a structure within the Cybersecurity area of the NEXI Group.The unit operates internationally across the entire Group perimeter, ensuring a comprehensive and secure management of the identity and privilege lifecycle in compliance with best practices and security regulations. Due to the extensive perimeter of the Group, a large number of identities and related access privileges is involved in a constantly evolving scenario.About Your Future RoleIn this position, you will:Oversee the entire lifecycle of platforms for Identity and Privileged Access Management (including architecture and solution design, delivery, continuous improvement, etc.). Act as the primary IAG/PAM stakeholder in both business and internal projects and initiatives, interfacing and coordinating with project managers, internal teams, third parties, and other stakeholders. Lead and coordinate the internal team (employees and consultants) on all activities related to PAM — including project delivery, daily operations, incident management, audit support, KPI monitoring, etc.What Makes You a Great FitWe’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
