The Technical Program Manager will:Drive architecture, engineering, and integration decisions and timelines across multiple teams and organizationsEstablish business processes and policies, as well as metrics and indicators for successDevelop, report, and continually improve business performance metricsProactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goalsManage cross-team dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs against developer experience, customer experience, and time to marketMain ActivitiesThis position is responsible for Technical Program Management on a project — HPCs and Zone controllers which are the MAKE controllers for the platform across all 14 Brands.Own planning and delivery of software built in the software organizationWork successfully with customers, leaders, and other engineering teamsFoster constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issuesCross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Software Architects, Systems Engineers, and Software Developers to gather technical requirements for new tools and drive the adoption of the solutions you buildQualificationsBasic Qualifications7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams5+ years of technical product or program management experience3+ years of software development experience5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teamsExperience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
