Job Description We are searching for the best candidate for our Software organization. The Technical Program Manager will: Drive architecture, engineering, and integration decisions and timelines across multiple teams and organizations Establish business processes and policies, as well as metrics and indicators for success Develop, report, and continually improve business performance metrics Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs against developer experience, customer experience, and time to market Main Activities This position is responsible for Technical Program Management on a project — HPCs and Zone controllers which are the MAKE controllers for the platform across all 14 Brands. Own planning and delivery of software built in the software organization Work successfully with customers, leaders, and other engineering teams Foster constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Software Architects, Systems Engineers, and Software Developers to gather technical requirements for new tools and drive the adoption of the solutions you build Qualifications Basic Qualifications 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams 5+ years of technical product or program management experience 3+ years of software development experience 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
