Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke. You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients. First and foremost, you will play a key role as a Sales Coordinator who will take charge of delivering sales of all our EP products in Lombardia Region. You will join the Sales Team and be prepared to successfully lead the deployment of our commercial strategy in your own territory thanks to a best-in-class training program for new joiners that will include technical and commercial skills. Responsibilities Achieve overall sales results as per semestral targets Manage at least 3 Clinical Support Specialists in the region, providing guidance and coaching so they can execute the selling strategy and elevate their clinical skills Work closely with Area Sales Manager and the marketing team (including FPM) to translate EMEA and country strategies/tactics into local concrete actions Manage KOLs promoting ProfEd/Mktg/R&D collaborations Reinforce partnerships with all the clinical stakeholders involved in the evaluation and purchase of our product portfolio Identify and proactively take new sales opportunities Be constantly updated on the product/system portfolio present in the reference market Coordinate activities related to increasing the adoption of specific products (especially NPI) Execute and follow up on national marketing projects at the local level Qualifications Masters Degree in a related scientific field, preferably in Biomedical Engineering At least 5 years of experience in Medical Device, with a strong preference in Electrophysiology At least 2 years of Sales Experience in Medical Device with experience in tender and deal management Good knowledge of both written and oral English Excellent knowledge of the Office package Domicile or residence in Lombardia Willingness to travel throughout the Italian territory Customer-focused, results-driven attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment Required Skills: Business Development, Communication, Customer Centricity, Developing Others, Healthcare Trends, Inclusive Leadership, Leadership, Market Knowledge, Market Research, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Presentation Design, Sales Solutions, Selling, Strategic Sales Planning, Sustainable Procurement, Talent Management, Team Management, Vendor Selection Key Skills: Sales Experience, Microsoft Office, Customer Service, Hotel Experience, Hospitality Experience, Basic Math, Microsoft PowerPoint, Salesforce, Filing, Project Management Software, Administrative Experience, Sales Support Employment Type: Full-Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
