Commercial Manager – Construction Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoro Commercial Manager Construction – Industrial, Logistics & Mission Critical A leading international contractor is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their growing operations in Lisbon, supporting the delivery of major industrial, logistics, and mission critical construction projects across Portugal and the wider Iberian market. Responsabilità Gestire il ciclo commerciale dei progetti dall’pre-construction al finale account. Supervisare la gestione finanziaria e commerciale di grandi schemi di costruzione. Gestire l’approvvigionamento dei subappaltatori, le revisioni dell’asta e la negoziazione del contratto. Lead monthly commercial reporting, forecasting, and cost/value reconciliations. Support contract administration, change control, and risk managementn Assist in developing project budgets and ensuring robust cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with the site and project management teams to ensure projects deliver within budget and in line with commercial expectations. Contribute to the company's growth in the Portuguese market by supporting strategic bids and long-term frameworks. Qualifiche Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related field. Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS on large-scale construction projects. Background working with a main contractor, ideally in industrial, logistics, or mission critical sectors. Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge (e.g. FIDIC, NEC or local Portuguese forms). English language proficiency essential; Portuguese and/or Spanish beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
