Trustfull is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our sales team and drive the company's sales growth. As the CSO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and coaching the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and collaborating with other departments to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset. Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets Lead, manage and mentor the sales team to optimize their performance and professional development Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners Oversee sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies and initiatives Monitor and report on sales performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement Requirements Proven experience as a Chief Sales Officer or in a similar senior sales leadership role Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets Strong leadership abilities and experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for sales planning and decision-making Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market opportunities and drive innovation Experience in the relevant industry (e.g. fraud and fin-crime prevention) is preferred Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus Benefits Private Health Insurance Paid Time Off Hybrid work solution (home/office) Training & Development About Trustfull Trustfull is a digital risk intelligence platform helping business strengthen their controls against fraud and fin-crime, by leveraging the power of digital footprints analytics (phone, email, IP, device, browser).
