LHH Per un'agenzia creativa digitale ricerchiamo un/a Account Director che sarà responsabile della gestione strategica e operativa delle relazioni con i principali clienti dell'agenzia, garantendo la qualità dei progetti digitali e creativi e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business. Sarà il punto di riferimento per il cliente e coordinerà i team interni per assicurare la delivery di soluzioni innovative e omnicanale. Responsabilità Guidare la relazione con i clienti chiave, comprendendo le loro esigenze e traducendole in strategie digitali efficaci. Supervisionare lo sviluppo di campagne creative e digitali, assicurando coerenza con il brand e gli obiettivi. Coordinare team multidisciplinari per la delivery dei progetti. Gestire budget, tempistiche e KPI, garantendo la redditività dei progetti. Presentare strategie e risultati ai clienti in modo chiaro e convincente. Identificare opportunità di crescita e sviluppo del business. Monitorare trend di mercato e innovazioni digitali per proporre soluzioni all'avanguardia. Profilo Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in agenzie creative/digitali, con responsabilità su clienti di alto profilo. Eccellenti capacità di leadership e gestione di team. Inglese fluente Ottime doti di comunicazione, negoziazione e problem solving. Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici.
