As an EMEA Commercial Notebooks Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Lenovo's success across the region. Reporting to the Business Unit Director, you'll own the full product lifecycle – from defining requirements 2 years prior to launch, enabling sales communities across our various segments (SMB, Enterprise, Public Sector), influencing countries lineups, optimizing value with product changes during lifecycle, to managing end‑of‑life transitions – of given product families that make already Lenovo an industry leader. Your mission is to maximize product effectiveness and readiness for the region, to increase customer satisfaction, sales performance and deliver on ambitious financial targets. What are your main responsibilities in this role? Own the full lifecycle of selected commercial notebook product families, from early concept (up to 2 years pre‑launch) through launch, optimization, and end‑of‑life Translate market, customer and competitive insights into clear product and marketing strategies. You’ll build and grow a compelling brand and portfolio that meets the evolving needs of commercial customers Influence the worldwide product roadmap by representing EMEA‑specific needs and opportunities Enable sales success by developing compelling value propositions, positioning and go‑to‑market tactics Partner with countries and sales segments (SMB, Enterprise, Public Sector, Web) to drive revenue and profitability Equip sales teams and channel partners through training and product readiness programs Collaborate with supply and demand planning to optimize forecasting, availability and inventory health Ensure a competitive, relevant and timely portfolio that maximizes customer satisfaction and business impact What are the role requirements? Proven 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the IT or PC industry Understanding of commercial customer needs, notebook markets and technology trends Experience managing products through complex development and lifecycle processes Solid knowledge of go‑to‑market strategies and indirect sales/channel models Ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross‑functional teams Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills Confidence in selling product value and outcomes, not just technical specifications Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights What’s in it for you?
