What You Will Be Doing Own the front desk: manage switchboard calls, welcome customers and suppliers with a smile. Handle mail and courier operations: sort, ship, track, and organise parcels efficiently. Support cost management: enter expenses in Ariba, code invoices, and manage online orders. Keep the office running: manage emails, telephony, hardware needs, technicians, and cleaning services. Organise events and travel: coordinate bookings, refreshments, and internal events with flair. Tackle ad hoc projects: provide flexible support wherever the team needs you. What You Need To Succeed Experience in similar roles (1–2 years), ideally in an international environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptable, flexible, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment. Problem‑solving mindset with a collaborative spirit. Strong command of English (B2 level) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, or comparable systems.
