Receptionist & General Services - “categorie Protette”

- Step into the office with the same energy and precision as Atomic on the slopes, Salomon on the trail, and Wilson on the court - be the driving force behind Amer Sports’ winning team This **part-time position** is about 25 hours per week, with **afternoon shifts**from Monday to Friday.
- What you will be doing:

- Own the front desk: manage switchboard calls, welcome customers and suppliers with a smile.
- Handle mail and courier operations: sort, ship, track, and organize parcels efficiently.
- Support cost management: enter expenses in Ariba, code invoices, and manage online orders.
- Organize events and travel: coordinate bookings, refreshments, and internal events with flair.
- Tackle ad hoc projects: provide flexible support wherever the team needs you.- What you need to succeed:

- Experience in similar roles (1-2 years), ideally in an international environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptable, flexible, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative spirit.
- Strong command of English (B2 level) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, or comparable systems.- What’s in it for you:
