Stiamo cercando un Customer Service Project Manager per la sede di Milano, nell’area Electrificationand Automation. La persona dovrà guidare progetti su larga scala o gestire più iniziative di minore entità, assicurandosi che tutte le consegne rispettino gli obiettivi definiti e il budget. Lavorerà a stretto contatto con i clienti, fungendo da punto di riferimento principale, e coordinerà i reparti interni per garantire un’esecuzione fluida del progetto. Sarà responsabile dell’organizzazione delle attività, del rispetto delle tempistiche e della comunicazione dello stato di avanzamento a clienti e stakeholder interni. Responsabilità Gestire tutti gli aspetti dei progetti di customer service nel mercato dell’energia convenzionale e alternativa, nei settori privato, pubblico, industriale, terziario e residenziale, inclusa la manutenzione di interruttori / quadro elettrici e il revamping / retrofit di impianti elettrici. Definire il piano di carico di lavoro del progetto, monitorare l’avanzamento rispetto agli obiettivi e sviluppare un piano dettagliato per tracciare le performance utilizzando strumenti e tecniche adeguate. Gestire e controllare tutte le dimensioni del progetto : tempi, EHS (salute, sicurezza e ambiente), costi, qualità, rischi, richieste di modifica e reclami, garantendo la conformità ai criteri di accettazione, alle normative e alle policy aziendali. Facilitare la comunicazione e il coordinamento tra gli stakeholder interni (Order Manager, FSR Manager, Planner, ecc.) e riportare lo stato del progetto alla direzione quando necessario. Costruire e mantenere solidi relazioni con clienti, terze parti, fornitori e fabbriche (es. quadri MT / BT, interruttori in vuoto), raccogliendo brief dettagliati e chiarendo i requisiti di progetto. Eseguire la gestione dei rischi, mantenere una documentazione completa del progetto e garantire l’accettazione e la conformità da parte del cliente durante tutto il ciclo di vita del progetto. Profilo Diploma tecnico e / o Laurea in Ingegneria (Elettrica o Meccanica), con esperienza nella gestione di progetti di manutenzione, retrofit e revamping Conoscenza degli strumenti di project management (MS Excel, MS Project), con capacità di monitorare previsioni (Sales, Book to Bill, GM) e migliorare la redditività del progetto Forte orientamento al rispetto delle scadenze, alla conformità normativa e alla soddisfazione del cliente Ottime capacità relazionali con il cliente, incluse negoziazione e gestione dei conflitti, con mentalità orientata alla prospettiva del cliente Capacità di anticipare deviazioni, gestire rischi, segnalare criticità e collaborare efficacemente tra funzioni e business Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese e dell’italiano Completano il profilo Passione per la crescita continua Rispetto e valorizzazione dell’unicità di ogni persona, volontà di co‑creare e condividere conoscenza sede Milano #J-18808-Ljbffr
