With over 16,000 people across 18 countries, 39 production and business sites, 10 R&D centers, 2 Inspiration Labs and a turnover of €3,840.6 million in 2024, Brembo is the trusted solution provider for everyone who demands the best driving experience.We are looking for a : FIELD AREA MANAGER (CENTRAL EASTERN EUROPE)Within the Global Business Unit Aftermarket and reporting to the Aftermarket Area Manager, the person will ensure the management of the local markets under his / her supervision, managing customers and defining market plans, in agreement with his / her supervisor, in order to ensure the achievement of the assigned business targets.ResponsibilitiesVisit branches, deposits, stores and repair shops with customers, presenting the product range, evaluating the purchasing of competitors’ stock and promoting orders.Participate in events organized by customers.Organise events to promote the product range.Promote the brand on the field, delivering marketing initiatives and distributing merchandising and tools in stores and repair shops.Ensure technical training to direct and indirect customers.Provide technical support and liaison between customers and internal departments, in particular for technical queries or issues.RequirementsUniversity Degree.Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in Sales.Self‑driven and target‑oriented person able to work under pressure.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Availability to frequent travel abroad.Analytical skills and expertise in using computer tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.LocationCURNO (BG)The company, which will directly take care of the selection process and communications with candidates, guarantees the processing of data in accordance with European Regulation no. 2016 / 679.
