The Role: E-commerce Producer At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate E-commerce Producer who can join Digital Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan. The E-commerce Producer is responsible for supporting the Senior Producer in all the activities related to the photo production. Your Impact Plan and manage the shooting schedule based on product delivery timelines and go-live dates, in constant coordination with multiple internal departments (Merchandising & Buying, Design Office, Operations, Warehouse, Showroom, etc.) Develop and maintain detailed production briefs and documentation, including shooting lists, post-production instructions, priorities, and deadlines. Identify and source samples and materials to meet the production needs. Coordinate both internal teams and external vendors to ensure that calendars are shared, deadlines are met and keeping a constant alignment. Collaborate on post-production checks to ensure content quality. Monitor ongoing projects, providing updates, and supporting budget control. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Graphic and Digital Design, Marketing, Communication, Media Production, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-commerce content production, preferably with on-set experience. Previous experience working in a middle-to-large sized company. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail. A problem-solving attitude, the ability to work well under pressure, a proactive approach, and a curious, learning-oriented mindset. Fluency in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is considered a plus.
